What does the catholic church say about homelessness?
The Catholic Church says that homelessness should not be one of the things in life that we look forward to and should try to be prevented in anyway possible. If the good news is spread to those who are homeless it means that Christ is present and looking over them. The church cares for those who are homeless , this was inspired by the Beatitudes in the Gospel. The Catechism of the Catholic Church says that we should clothe the poor, feed the hungry, shelter the homeless and have respect for all human beings as we are all the same to God and he loves us unconditionally but he shows an enormous amount of love to those who are needy and discomforted.
